WHEN/ HOW I STARTED PLAYING
Started playing in my first year of university while going to the University of Saskatchewan, and never stopped. I always say I earned a major in Computer Science and a minor in foosball.
HOW THAT LED TO TOURNAMENT PLAY
I’m the type of person that loves a challenge. After about a year of playing at University, I became the best player, so I needed to look elsewhere to find my next challenge, so I started traveling to the US to compete in tournaments, and got my butt kicked pretty good for a few years, until I honed my game, and started to climb the ranks of the professional tour, where I achieved one of my long term goals to be the first Canadian male to turn Pro Master on the USTSA Tour.
OUTSIDE OF FOOSBALL
I’m a software developer for IBM, and the very lucky father of a 7-year old girl, and a 10-year old boy, with a very understanding and supportive wife. I enjoy video games, coaching and playing soccer with my children, and spending time with family.
